Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on Clarks footwear products.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively recommend shoes based on customer needs, trends, and preferences.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a positive and welcoming shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about Clarksâ offerings.
- Basic POS system and cash handling experience.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
