Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers in selecting the perfect footwear to meet their needs.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Clarks’ product lines, including features, benefits, and styling recommendations.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by merchandising products, restocking shelves, and keeping displays tidy.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal sales events.
- Uphold company policies, including inventory management, loss prevention, and health & safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in store operations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail schedules.
- Passion for fashion and footwear trends, with a desire to stay updated on industry developments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or sales certifications are a plus.
