Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on Clarks footwear products.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in line with Clarks brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and new arrivals to effectively communicate with customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandise displays, and stocktaking.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
