Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on footwear selections.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards, including product displays, signage, and cleanliness.
- Process cash and digital transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives to share with customers.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure inventory is stocked, organized, and readily available.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Passion for fashion and footwear with a keen eye for trends.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory management).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
