Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers in selecting the perfect footwear to meet their needs and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Clarksâ product lines, including features, benefits, and styling recommendations.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by merchandising products, restocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and inventory management.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and Clarksâ latest collections to provide expert advice to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and cash handling.
- Familiarity with Clarksâ brand and products is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or fashion certifications are advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent verbal and written skills.
