Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Clarksâ product range, features, and benefits to offer expert recommendations.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by restocking, organizing, and maintaining product displays.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks, replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or footwear.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering memorable shopping experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Basic math and POS system proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, average transaction value) is advantageous.
