Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers in selecting the perfect footwear to match their style and needs.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in line with Clarksâ brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Stay updated on Clarksâ latest collections, promotions, and policies to offer informed recommendations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and cycle counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or footwear.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Passion for customer service and a natural ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support store operations.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and alignment with Clarksâ brand image.
- Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
