Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product selections and fitting advice.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Clarksā product range, including features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by merchandising products, restocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling, credit card payments, and returns.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet daily operational goals, including inventory management and loss prevention.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and industry developments to provide relevant recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints diplomatically.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail schedules.
- Passion for fashion and footwear with a keen eye for style and trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or business are a plus.
