Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized product recommendations.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, demonstrating product features, and closing transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Clarks products, including styles, materials, and fit, to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by organizing displays, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Build and maintain customer relationships by following up on purchases, addressing inquiries, and fostering repeat business.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, participate in promotions, and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Clarks’ latest collections to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (prior experience in footwear or fashion retail is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for fashion, footwear, or retail trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems or retail software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, or other tourist languages) are highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by the store’s operating hours.
