Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect footwear by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily operational and sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
