Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Offer expert advice on Clarks footwear products, including fit, style, and care recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in line with brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card payments.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and inventory to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in stock management, including receiving shipments, merchandising, and inventory counts.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a positive and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in fashion or footwear.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours as required.
- Passion for fashion and footwear with a keen eye for trends and styles.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or business is a plus.
