Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on Clarks products, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales targets by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable footwear solutions.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and ensuring a clean and organized retail environment.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, handle cash, and manage customer inquiries regarding promotions, returns, and exchanges.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on Clarks product features, benefits, and promotions to provide accurate and compelling information to customers.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock takes, receiving deliveries, and reporting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with a passion for retail are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Passion for fashion, footwear, and customer service, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, or other tourist languages) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs in a dynamic retail setting.
