Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Offer expert advice on Clarks' product range, including fit, style, and care instructions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and professionalism.
- Stay updated on current promotions, product launches, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
