Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Clarks products, including features, benefits, and promotions.
- Ensure the store is visually merchandised to company standards, including stock replenishment and display maintenance.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain inventory accuracy and participate in stock takes.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and share insights to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service (preferably in footwear or fashion).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a retail environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Passion for fashion and footwear with a keen eye for style and trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or business qualifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
