Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in line with Clarksâ branding standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and promotions, to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, size organization, and cycle counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute visual merchandising and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service (footwear/apparel industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and POS system proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by store operations.
- Familiarity with Clarksâ product lines or a willingness to learn quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or retail is advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
