Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of Clarks’ footwear collections, including features, benefits, and styling tips.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout, including stock replenishment and merchandising.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments with integrity.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock takes, transfers, and receiving new shipments.
- Stay updated on promotions, new arrivals, and brand initiatives to effectively communicate them to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about footwear trends and features.
- Basic POS system and cash handling experience is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by store operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or sales certifications are advantageous.
- Passion for fashion, footwear, and customer service with a proactive attitude.
