Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and assist in visual merchandising to optimize product display.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand standards to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns diplomatically.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
