Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for all clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and product knowledge.
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of DESCENTE’s product lines, including technical features, benefits, and styling recommendations.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized retail space, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and new product launches to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in sports apparel, fashion, or luxury goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn technical details about sportswear and accessories.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Passion for sports, fitness, or outdoor activities with a genuine interest in the DESCENTE brand.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is advantageous.
