Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and report low stock to management to ensure availability.
- Educate customers on the benefits and usage of Bali Nutra’s nutritional products.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Passion for health, wellness, or nutritional products is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
