Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual displays.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product trends, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Participate in inventory counts, stocktaking, and other operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in retail or sales are advantageous.
- Passion for lifestyle products, fashion, or beauty is a strong advantage.
