Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing detailed information on features, benefits, and pricing to drive sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and inventory to offer accurate and timely recommendations.
- Process transactions efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and digital wallets, while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Keep the retail space clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience and brand image.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Engage with customers post-purchase to gather feedback, encourage reviews, and foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
