Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales by actively promoting products, handling transactions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Provide accurate product information, recommendations, and solutions to customer inquiries.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, stocking, and organizing products.
- Process payments, handle cash registers, and manage returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock discrepancies, and assist with restocking as needed.
- Uphold company policies, including loss prevention, safety, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
