Your local expertise will be key to identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and promoting our financial products effectively. Responsibility
- Engage with customers in-branch and through local outreach to promote banking products and services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for deposits, loans, and other financial products.
- Provide personalized financial advice tailored to the needs of Bali’s diverse clientele, including expats and locals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Collaborate with the branch team to organize and execute promotional events and community engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, product offerings, and competitive landscape in Indonesia.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, finance, or retail.
- Strong knowledge of the Bali market, including cultural nuances and business dynamics in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Familiarity with banking products (savings accounts, loans, credit cards) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
