Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their shopping experience.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs, recommending products, and closing transactions effectively.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in inventory management, including stocking shelves, conducting counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for improving sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (prior experience in Baliâs retail sector is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or sales are a bonus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by retail schedules.
- Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
