Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for restocking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
