Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking merchandise and updating displays.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and digital payments, and issue receipts.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist in restocking products to ensure availability.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
