Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing shopping environment
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and assist with stocktaking as needed
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus)
- Strong sales orientation with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a friendly demeanor
