Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash, and manage payment methods efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and assist in visual merchandising to ensure products are attractively displayed.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including opening/closing procedures and daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
