Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Drive sales by promoting products, offering recommendations, and upselling where appropriate.
- Maintain store appearance, including merchandising, stocking, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash and card payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
