Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking, restocking, and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and promote new arrivals.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
