Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking merchandise, conducting inventory counts, and reporting low stock levels.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Participate in store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required.
