Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to attract and retain customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and report low stock to management to ensure product availability.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Uphold company standards for customer service, safety, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move products as needed.
- Fluency in Indonesian and basic English to cater to a diverse customer base.
