Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Educate customers about healthcare and medical products, offering personalized recommendations based on their needs.
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card payments.
- Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment in compliance with company standards.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new shipments, and updating inventory records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or healthcare is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare or medical products is advantageous.
