Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or retail experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward sales and service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as retail schedules demand.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems or willingness to learn.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is an advantage.
