Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending products that meet their preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and reporting low inventory levels.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and sales strategies to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or retail experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
