Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to local and international shoppers, ensuring a memorable in-store experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our merchandise.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including restocking shelves and updating displays.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and special events.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies to the store manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferably in a high-traffic environment).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising and product presentation.
