Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Educate customers on eco-friendly products, their benefits, and sustainable practices.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Assist in promotional activities, including in-store events and social media campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math and POS system proficiency for accurate transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training is advantageous.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
