Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on our range of eco-friendly products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout, ensuring products are displayed attractively and stocked appropriately.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and report low stock or discrepancies to the store manager.
- Educate customers on the benefits of sustainable products and promote eco-shop's mission and values.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cleaning, and maintaining a safe shopping environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and participate in promotional events or in-store activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in inventory management.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
