Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in-store with professionalism, providing tailored recommendations for luxury watches.
- Master product knowledge, including features, pricing, and brand histories, to deliver confident sales pitches.
- Host engaging TikTok Live sessions to showcase products, answer viewer questions, and convert followers into buyers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through a mix of in-store and digital channels.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, including stock checks, display arrangements, and restocking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align in-store promotions with social media campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging social commerce tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods or fashion.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven ability to engage audiences on social media platforms, particularly TikTok or Instagram Live.
- Strong product presentation skills with a passion for watches or high-end accessories.
- Tech-savvy with basic video editing or live-streaming experience (e.g., OBS, CapCut).
- Goal-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings for live sessions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing or business is advantageous.
