Responsibility
- Provide personalized and premium customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchases.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining brand standards.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing and brand-aligned store presentation.
- Handle cash transactions, inventory management, and point-of-sale operations accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional events and marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on product launches, trends, and brand guidelines to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or fashion brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Passion for fashion, trends, and delivering exceptional service.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail certifications are advantageous.
