Responsibility
- Oversee daily retail operations across multiple store locations in Bali, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and train retail staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and optimize supply chain processes.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health, and safety standards across all retail outlets.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and drive foot traffic.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly to maintain a positive brand image.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
- Proficiency in retail management software and inventory systems.
- Familiarity with the Bali retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
