Responsibility

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to attract and retain customers.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store performance.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent; higher education in business or retail is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required (training provided).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is an advantage.
