Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking products to ensure availability and freshness.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent; higher education in business or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is an advantage.
