Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and visual display setup.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Collaborate with the team to promote in-store promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance customer appeal.
- Track sales performance and provide daily/weekly reports to management as required.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to confidently answer customer inquiries and recommend solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, Excel, email) and numerical accuracy.
- Passion for retail and consumer products with a desire to grow in the industry.
- Residents of Bali (Kuta, Canggu, Denpasar, etc.) or willing to relocate (visa sponsorship not provided).
