Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including stocking and restocking merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or supply needs to the management team.
- Promote sales, special offers, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and revenue.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to supervisors when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store KPIs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and new arrivals to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles (preferably in a mall or high-traffic store).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail certifications are advantageous.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team or independently.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is beneficial.
