Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide personalized recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking and merchandising products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including inventory management and restocking.
- Stay updated on promotions, new products, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication and active listening skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Natural ability to build rapport with customers and identify their needs.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
