Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product selections and inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive upselling and promotional strategies.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, labeling, and conducting regular audits.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours and special events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles (preferably in wellness or lifestyle products).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and cash handling; training will be provided.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or sales are a plus.
- Fluent in English (additional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team or independently.
- Passion for health, wellness, or beauty products is highly desirable.
