Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all visitors.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to effectively promote Gintell’s offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk display to attract customers.
- Handle cash transactions, payments, and inventory management accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the retail team to implement promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor products to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle products, or retail is highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
