Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for every visitor.
- Drive retail sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products.
- Manage merchandising, including product displays, stock rotation, and visual presentation to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and available for purchase.
- Uphold store standards, including cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems and handle cash or digital payments.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers.
- Passion for organic, sustainable, or health-focused products is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
