Responsibility
- Provide personalized customer service to enhance shopping experiences and build brand loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Educate customers on product features, materials, and care to drive informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing retail space in line with brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, POS operations, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new collections.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style and trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
