Responsibility
- Provide personalized customer service, assisting clients in selecting premium leather footwear that matches their style and needs.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Andrew Shoes’ product lines, including materials, craftsmanship, and care instructions.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by merchandising products, restocking inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage customer returns or exchanges accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor products, and market demands to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, footwear, or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fashion, particularly footwear, with a keen eye for style and detail.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory management) is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and confident demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
